1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CivvyMode, operated by MB Djump ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the CivvyMode mobile application (the "App"). By accessing the App, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

2. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE (Crucial Disclaimer)

The App provides information and insights regarding menstrual cycles and relationship advice for educational and entertainment purposes only. The App is NOT a medical device and should NOT be used as a method of contraception (birth control) or to facilitate conception. We are not doctors. The "Intel Briefs" and AI advice are generated based on general data patterns and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical condition.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Billing: The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("CivvyMode Pro"). Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the App is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the App (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Age Requirement

You must be at least 14 years old (the digital age of consent in Lithuania) to use this App. By using CivvyMode, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 14, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

6. User Representations

By using the App, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (3) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (4) you meet the age requirement stated above.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Harassment, abusive language, or sharing inappropriate content via the "Partner Sync" feature is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms of Service
• Engaging in prohibited activities
• Upon your request (account deletion)
• If required by law

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. Active subscriptions will not be refunded, but you may continue to use the App until the end of your current billing period.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA, RELATIONSHIP CONFLICTS, OR MEDICAL ISSUES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending a notification through the App (for significant changes)
• Requiring acceptance of new terms upon next login (for major changes)

Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at civvymode@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally within 30 days.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Lithuania. You and CivvyMode irrevocably consent that the courts of Lithuania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
